Bangkok Sheet Metal Public Company Limited (BM) was established on 11 May 1995 by a group of experienced engineers who specialize and work in a variety of fields, with 7 million baht of registered capital. The first factory was built for manufacturing metal products to meet engineering standards and international standards.
BM’s capital in later years increased progressively to 150 million baht. On 15 May 2015, BM converted into a public limited company and raised its capital to 200 million baht. On 17 May 2016, BM started Initial Public Offering (IPO), the first trading day and being a listed company on the Market for Alternative Investment (mai). BM had registered capital of 200 million baht, consisting of 400 million shares, with a par value of 0.50 baht each. 100 million shares were offered to the general public and priced at 2.88 baht per share. On 12 April 2017, the amount of registered capital increased to 220 million baht.
